The Student Societies and Clubs Promotion Festival was held at Erzurum Technical University (ETU) for the students who have just started university in the 2025-2026 Academic Year.

The Student Societies and Clubs Promotion Festival was held as part of the orientation programs designed to help newly enrolled students at ETU discover the academic, social, cultural and sporting opportunities offered by the university and to accelerate their adaptation process.

Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ceren Sultan Elmalı, Secretary General Prof. Dr. Ahmet Dumlu, academic and administrative staff, and many students attended the festival held at the ETU Life Center.

At the festival, organized under the auspices of the Department of Health, Culture, and Sports, academic advisors and club presidents briefed incoming students on past events and the programs on this year's calendar. Students learned about the work of clubs in their areas of interest, joined clubs in various fields to develop themselves socioculturally and professionally, make the most of their free time, and develop a habit of having fun together. They also enjoyed concerts, prize-winning competitions, and various other activities.
